Big Brothers are needed at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. There is a shortage of male volunteers; which leaves boys waiting to be matched up with a Big Brother and hundreds of men are needed to fill this void to more than 250 kids, mostly boys.
Do you like playing basketball or baseball? Do you like playing video games or are the outdoors more your style? Would you enjoy helping with homework or being there to guide and mentor a child? If you answered yes to any of these questions, please consider becoming a Big Brother. You can make an huge impact and change a child’s life by just meeting two to four times a month.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona (BBBSAZ) will match the volunteer up with a child who has similar interests and lives within the same community. Volunteers and youth are given access to free tickets to sporting events, concerts and other events and activities in the community. You will also have access to an online calendar where you can sign up for free activities and events to enjoy with your Little Brother.
Oh, and BBBSAZ also needs Big Sisters for the Little Sisters on the wait list!
